Job Description
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in integrating state-level platforms, particularly with IES Gateways. This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable solutions that enable seamless integration between Salesforce and Georgia's Integrated Eligibility System Gateway by combining deep Salesforce expertise as well as strong knowledge of government systems integration, ensuring robust data interoperability for grant management and financial reporting workflows. The key responsibilities of this role are as follows :
- Design and implement comprehensive integration solutions between Salesforce and IES Gateway, ensuring reliable data synchronization and process automation
- Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions that effectively leverage IES Gateway capabilities for grant management and financial reporting
- Create robust integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to establish secure data flows between Salesforce and state systems
- Gudie development teams in implementing integration solutions while ensuring adherence to both Salesforce and state system standards
- Ensure solutions meet federal and state security requirements, implement proper data protection and audit mechanisms
- Partner with DECAL stakeholders to gather requirements and translate complex integration needs into technical solutions
- Design solutions that leverage IES Gateway for streamlined grant processing, financial reporting, and compliance tracking
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration components, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and security protocols
