What are the responsibilities and job description for the Off Shift Process Tech position at EPC, Inc?
This position has the responsibilities for:
· Monitor & maintain process parameters via GBC auditing.
· Maintain established process.
· To maintain housekeeping at the presses to prevent loss or damage to material / product.
· Set Up and verify at mold change.
· Assist with Mold or color Changes as needed.
· Clean mold during start-up/ shut down process.
· Performance of other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
Needed Competencies include:
· Understanding of Quality Policy and how it affects this position.
· Understanding of Injection Molding Process.
· Understanding Control Plan Information.
· Understanding tool work sheet system.
· Understanding MATTEC and Syteline.
· Ability to troubleshoot molding and tooling problems.
· Ability to monitor production standards.
