This role requires technical expertise, construction oversight, and program management skills to ensure seamless execution of fiber optics, low-voltage telecom / security systems, and structured cabling. You will serve as the primary liaison between internal owner teams and external stakeholders while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.o
Location : Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Start Date : 5 / 1 / 25
Work Type : Full-time, on-site with travel as required
Salary : Starting at $160k

Qualifications & Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of construction project / program management experience
Experience with fiber optics, low-voltage telecom, and security systems
Experience in data centers or mission-critical environments preferred
Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings for network infrastructure projects
Certifications such as BICSI, RCDD, RTPM, or PMP are highly desired
