This is an exciting opportunity to join EPC Project Management Consulting, LLC as a Quality and Commissioning Owners Representative. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving quality and commissioning (QCx) program execution on a major hyperscale data center project in Lenoir, NC.
You will work closely with DCS, Data Center Operations (DCOps), and General Contractors (GCs) to uphold safety, performance, and quality standards while overseeing commissioning and quality teams on-site. This high-impact position requires someone with strong technical expertise in electrical/power distribution & mechanical systems, proficiency in QA/Cx processes, issue tracking, and schedule management.

- Act as the single point of contact for all Owner Quality and Commissioning (Cx) requirements on-site.
- Oversee CxA and QA team management to ensure deliverables are met on time and accurately.
- Manage the Quality Control & Commissioning Program, ensuring compliance at all Cx stage gates.
- Align overall Cx scope between GC, subcontractors, and the CxA.
- Monitor BIM360 and Asset module implementation, troubleshooting issues before escalation.
