Are you ready to step into a critical leadership role at a major hyperscale data center project in Lenoir, NC? Relocation into Hickory or neighboring areas is available! We need a Quality and Commissioning Owners Representative (Cx OR) to start within the next two - four weeks!
This is a high-impact position where you’ll drive quality and commissioning (QCx) program execution, ensuring compliance with program initiatives and key project milestones. You’ll work closely with DCS, Data Center Operations (DCOps), and General Contractors (GCs) to uphold safety, performance, and quality standards while overseeing commissioning and quality teams on-site.
Compensation & Benefits :

Job Details :
Location : Lenoir, NC (On-Site Full-Time)
Start Date : ASAP – Within the Next Two - Four Weeks
Duration : Full project lifecycle, supporting commissioning and quality control
Key Responsibilities :
Qualifications :
5 years in Quality and Commissioning roles, ideally in mission-critical / data center projects
Experience managing CxA, QA teams, and General Contractors
Strong technical expertise in electrical / power distribution & mechanical systems
Proficiency in QA / Cx processes, issue tracking, and schedule management
Experience with BIM360, AODocs, Windchill, and Google Suite
Certifications (CxA, PMP, LEED) are a plus
