EPC Project Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Commissioning Owners Representative to lead our QCx program on a major hyperscale data center project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients, DCS, Data Center Operations (DCOps), and General Contractors (GCs) to align overall Cx scope, monitor BIM360 and Asset module implementation, and drive testing and inspections. Your strong technical expertise in electrical/power distribution & mechanical systems, proficiency in QA/Cx processes, issue tracking, and schedule management will enable you to make a significant impact on the project's success.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure Cx schedule alignment, coordinating with project planners and key stakeholders.
- Participate in weekly defect review meetings, ensuring a 'zero defect' mindset.
- Attend and lead Quality & Cx kickoff meetings, OAC meetings, daily Cx syncs, and FAT/FWT discussions.
- Work closely with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and DCS teams to ensure seamless execution.
