EPC Services Company, a leading power/utility engineering consultant and construction firm, has an immediate opening for a full-time administrative assistant based out of Woods Cross, UT. The successful applicant will provide day-to-day administrative, clerical, and data entry support for EPC Services' Operations Team. Under general supervision, this position will report directly to the Operations Initiatives Manager, will provide a combination of comprehensive administrative and data entry support to ensure efficient operation of the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate, and maintain the operations team calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Draft, prepare, and format documents, reports, and presentations in alignment with company standards.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records, ensuring data is accurate, confidential, and easily accessible.
  • Perform routine data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Arrange logistics for team meetings and events; prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in organizing company events and special projects, including coordination of venue arrangements and catering, as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the team including office errands, purchasing materials and supplies, and transportation support to clients and employees.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma, 2 years of related experience or combination of education and experience; preference given to experience in the construction management industry. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, highly organized, and detail oriented a must. Proficiency of a variety of computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook), SharePoint and Egnyte software. Must be a self-starter and a team player. Successful applicant may be subject to client-mandated drug and background checking, is subject to EPC Services' auto insurance carrier requirements. Applicants must not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status) now or in the future.
