What We’re Looking For
This role will be responsible for maintaining our inventory levels for supplies and materials. This individual will be responsible for ensuring inventory numbers are accurate, organized, and easily located. Additionally, they will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding areas (inside & outside).
What You Get To Do
- Work safely at all times, keeping yourself and your teammates safe through your proactive actions.
- Load & unload trucks using a forklift.
- Maintain inventory of all materials, tools, and supplies.
- Confirm count on each shipment and inspect for damages.
- Inventory weekly subcontractors’ trucks for materials and supplies.
- Inventory weekly in-house crews’ trucks for material and supplies.
- Maintain inventory data in Penguin.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to focus on details while still operating within tight deadlines.
- Proficient communication skills.
- Ability to work alone with little supervision.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
- Prior experience working with or around inventory systems, maintaining inventory levels, or tracking inventory usage.
