The partnership's assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity.The Operations Engineer is responsible for plant and pipeline related facilities projects that require engineering experience.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Ensure projects are designed and constructed in accordance with the Company's Engineering guidelines and specifications, industry codes and standards, and regulatory agency requirements to meet necessary functionality and performance requirements.
- Plan, organize, and manage capital projects.
- Perform Plant Optimization Studies (Surveillance) to determine if existing assets are performing to expectations.
- Prepare project design scopes in support of commercial development.
- Prepare bid packages for equipment and outside services including engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Participate in reviews of designs prepared by outside engineering contractors, vendors, fabricators, and manufacturers.
- Monitor field construction activities to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
- Prepare project completion reports including construction material inventories and as-built drawings.
- Prepare cost estimates and schedules.
- Provide technical support to the Company's operations.

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering required.
Chemical or Mechanical is preferred.
