Epcon Communities expanded into Indianapolis in 2021 and we are continuing to grow and add new communities and jobs. We are currently seeking a Homeowners Association Liaison who will also provide administrative and project support in 2023 until fulltime responsibilities are needed liaising between our property management company and HOAs in Q4.

The Homeowners Association Liaison will be responsible for:

• meeting the terms of the management agreement between the community homeowners association and Epcon Communities for all communities in the Indianapolis region.
• facilitating resolution of issues with and between the homeowners association and the property management company until the community is complete.
• monitorsing the property management company to ensure appropriate services, maintenance, budgeting, and communications with homeowners and the homeowners association is occurring in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements for Homeowners Association Liaison

· Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education and experience.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or real estate preferred.

· Knowledge of real estate principles and practices as well as finance and facilities management.

· Ability to communicate effectively and work in collaboration for resolution of issues with wide range of people.

Proficiency with Word and Excel and experience with builder software preferred.

· Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to use own vehicle for business purposes.
