Due to our continued growth in Columbus, we are currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager.
The Land Development Project Manager position responsible for :
- achieving lot delivery goals (cost, quality and schedule) for assigned projects.
- managing all aspects of residential land development including conducting due diligence, evaluating site conditions, working with municipalities & reviewing agencies, and overseeing public and private utility contractors, site contractors & landscape contractors.
- supporting the creation of the site development budget and required internal reporting and documentation for all land development projects.
