Field Supervisor/Superintendent – Data Center Retrofit

About the Role:
Epcon is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor/Superintendent to oversee a critical retrofit (brownfield) project at an operating data center in Los Lunas, NM. This role will provide field-based supervision of building decommissioning, demolition, slab removal, micro piling foundation repairs, and structural/architectural/MEP build-back activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate night shift construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and deadlines.
- Oversee subcontractors and crews performing demolition, decommissioning, foundation repairs, micropiling, and MEP build-back work.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards and quality control requirements.
- Troubleshoot construction challenges and implement solutions in real-time.
- Maintain clear communication with project management teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial or mission-critical construction (data centers, industrial, healthcare, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with demolition, structural repairs, foundation work, and MEP installations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Willingness to work night shifts on an active construction site.
Preferred Qualifications:
