Construction Manager / Site Manager – Solar Project (Kokomo, IN)
Overview:
Lead on-site execution of a 200 MW solar project, overseeing all phases of construction and ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Track progress and report to project leadership regularly
- Resolve field issues and support construction activities across all disciplines
- Represent the client’s interests and maintain professional relationships onsite
Requirements:
- 5 years in utility-scale solar construction
- Strong knowledge of Sungrow inverters and ATI tracker systems preferred
- Proven experience leading large-scale energy projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
