Electrical Site Supervisor, High Voltage – Utility Scale
Project duration will be approximately 2 years
Location: Durant, Oklahoma
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical installation activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to coordinate electrical work and address any technical challenges that arise.
- Ensure that all electrical systems are installed correctly, tested, and operational, adhering to local codes and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead and mentor electrical crews, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents or safety concerns.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies, to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Promote a culture of safety on-site, ensuring all team members are aware of and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical supervision within solar projects or related fields.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- OSHA 30 certification is required; additional safety certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
