The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of utility-scale solar installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, permitting, construction, and commissioning
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee procurement and contract management
- Report project progress to senior management and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5 years of experience in utility-scale solar project management
- Strong knowledge of solar PV technology and industry trends
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar project management, specifically with ground mount installations.
- OSHA 30 certification is required; additional safety certifications are a plus.
