Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an Psychiatric outpatient office setting. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, managing their care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive examinations and assess patients' health status.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including vital signs monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention.
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Experience in Psychiatric conditions, Spravato, TMS Preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
