We are seeking a seasoned Remarketing Manager will lead EPCVIP's SMS marketing efforts, defining strategies to maximize revenue and profitability through optimized SMS campaigns. This role involves ensuring compliance with TCPA/FCC regulations, managing vendor relationships, and utilizing data-driven insights to refine sending logic and automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and implement SMS remarketing strategies to optimize engagement and revenue.
- Manage relationships with SMS vendors, including testing and onboarding new providers.
- Analyze large datasets to refine sending logic, automation, and strategies.
- Act as the Product Owner for the SMS channel, focusing on maximizing EPR (earnings per unique record).
- Monitor performance metrics and conduct in-depth analytics to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with data teams to enhance pipelines and maximize revenue and profitability.
- Develop and implement new data management features.
- Conduct competitive analysis and apply best practices from the US SMS market.
- Provision and maintain SMS routes, ensuring optimal delivery and performance.
- Report regularly on SMS marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure all SMS marketing activities comply with TCPA and FCC regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in SMS marketing, remarketing, or lead generation, preferably in the fintech space.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, data management, knowledge of TCPA/FCC compliance, vendor management, and familiarity with the US SMS market.
