What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Line Worker position at EPD Electronics, Inc?
The position of Electrical Assembler requires a high degree of skill and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to assemble printed circuit boards using precision techniques and perform through-hole and SMT assembly operations. They will also be responsible for fabricating box build and subassembly components and assisting with semi-automated assembly of radial components. In addition, they will need to solder assembled boards as needed and follow written assembly drawings and supervisor instructions. To be successful, the candidate must have excellent eye/hand coordination, dexterity for handling small mechanical parts, and mechanical aptitude. A high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in assembly and manufacturing are required, as well as a positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
