Job Overview:
We are looking for a Dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our Dedicated Operations team. The Dedicated Operations Supervisor's main focus will include managing the day-to-day operation of assigned Dedicated Account(s), ensuring that safety, customer, and driver goals are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Minimum two years of relevant transportation operations experience.
- Basic data entry skills accuracy important.
- Intermediate dispatch experience.
- Understanding of financial reporting.
- Occasional travel in job as required.
- Ability to meet work processes deadlines.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of Customer Shipments to meet customer needs, serving as customer POC for tactical needs.
- Accurate and timely payroll submitted.
- Accurate and timely billing submitted, work with customer on any issues.
- Interact with drivers handling day to day operational issues, addressing/elevating as appropriate.
- Working with PTL, ensure that equipment is PM'd and repaired as applicable in a timely manner.
- Executing company Safety Programs including Smart Drive, High Risk Driver Reporting, and coaching.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
