Job Overview:
We are looking for a Driver Recruiter to join our Driver Recruiting team. The Driver Recruiter will recruit qualified drivers based on the policies, programs and procedures of the company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Minimum one year of experience in a recruiting.
- Strong recruiting background with proven track record
- Minimum one year of experience in transportation.
- Excellent work history with proven track record.
- Travel as needed
- Ability to work independently; initiative; self-starter.
- Ability to work on confidential matters.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Responsibilities:
- Attains and maintains a knowledgeable, professional presentation to drivers of Company's qualifications and operations.
- Responsible for driver recruiting calls, leads and inquiries. Screens, interviews and pre-qualifies all telephone inquiries, update ATS
- Pre-Qualify Driver candidates prior to submitting to processing. This includes running and reviewing all applicable reports, updating application/Tenstreet as needed.
- Maintains knowledge of FMCSA regulations, Company hiring guidelines and practices, ATS functionality and obtaining & analyzing consumer reports.
- Maintain contact with pre-screened drivers up to date of hire.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
