The DC/Virginia Regional Sales/Operations Manager at Empire Portfolio Group is a key leadership role, overseeing sales, operations, and fitness departments within your assigned region. This manager drives regional sales growth, ensures smooth daily operations, and leads diverse teams to success. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership. Managers are empowered to make decisions autonomously while handling both routine and unforeseen challenges. Success in this position depends on strong sales expertise, team leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication. A focus on recruiting top talent and developing/training your team is critical.
Role Responsibilities/Duties:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Create and communicate sales goals and ensure direct manager is informed on the progress of those goals.
Development of management team in your region
Focus on recruitment strategies to ensure region have top talent
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with staff
Provide excellent customer service and manage challenging situations with customers.
Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Effectively communicate sales, marketing and other operational strategies to your team
Be able to change strategy as needed and stay within budget.
Attend Convention, Summit, Quarterly Meeting, and any other required trainings/workshops
Provide Regional/Area Developer/Area Representative support and complete the job duties/requirements as outlined by the Orangetheory Fitness Franchisor to all franchisees and owned locations in the market you oversee.
Ability to travel as needed within assigned region
