```Duties```
- Ensure the safety of all guests by closely monitoring the pool area and enforcing safety rules and regulations
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have, providing excellent customer service
- Conduct regular swim tests for guests to ensure their safety in the water
```Requirements```
- Must be a certified lifeguard with current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues when necessary
- Knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning procedures
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
