Sales Director / Account Executive

Salary will be attractive/competitive based on experience – but more than base salary, there is an opportunity to make a significant more than industry average, with bonus and options/equity (phantom) interests.

The company designs, creates and fabricates graphics for clients and does everything from large outdoor banners, tradeshow displays, full-service exhibit designs, fabrics, installation, retail, window, leasing, construction signage and office & lobby murals.
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a deep understanding of graphic design, environment graphics, and branding strategies for companies in the DMV area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales – most important responsibility is to hunt and bring in clients and close sales/deals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions involving our range of services.
- Drive sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project completion meets client expectations.
- Provide expert advice on our services, including interior/exterior signage, exhibits, and unique marketing ideas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the graphics, marketing, or branding industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
