Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and outgoing intern to support our Atlanta-area operations this summer! This assistant manager will work closely with the Atlanta Area Manager to assist with scheduling, hiring, and event execution at KSU, Atlanta Motor Speedway, and other event venues. The assistant manager will be compensated for gas for any required travel and events. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in sports, entertainment, and event operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Atlanta Area Manager with staffing and operational planning
- Help manage event staff scheduling and communication
- Support hiring efforts for summer events, including applicant screening and onboarding
- Participate in and help manage event-day operations at venues such as:
- Atlanta Motor Speedway (Georgia Spring Fair May 9–18)
- Various concerts and festivals including CCMF, BCMF, and Bonnaroo, PGA events
- Ensure team members maintain a professional, neat appearance
- Represent EPI professionally at all times while delivering top-tier guest experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- Familiarity with the Atlanta/Marietta, GA area and KSU venues strongly preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required; college enrollment in a related field is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various outdoor conditions
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Must be able to pass a background check
