Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Be the first point of contact for prospective clients, answering inquiries and providing information about our services. Assist grieving families seeking autopsy services with onboarding, offer emotional support, and help navigate the necessary paperwork and procedures. This role is crucial in providing compassionate care and support to families during one of the most challenging times in their lives.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately completed and filed.
- Data Entry: Enter client information into the database and maintain accurate records.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with appropriate staff members.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on intake documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- General Administrative Duties: Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
- Coordination: Work with pathology staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documentation.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and professional.
- Team Support: Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in customer service. Previous experience in grief counseling, social work, or a related field is highly desirable.
