Position Description :
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
- Assists Manager in all day to day operations of the community, particularly leasing and reviewing market data and trends; updating marketing materials and 3rd party websites.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Proven leasing capabilities, apartment experience of 1 years is preferred, computer skills, familiarity with YARDI and 3rd party websites a plus, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and flexible schedule, ability to manage priorities and work as a team to accomplish property and company goals.
