Responsibilities:
- Assist with laundry, cleaning and organizing apartment.
- Assist with meal preparation as needed.
- Assist with transportation to pharmacy to pick up medications and appointments
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
