Are you a construction professional with a passion for retail spaces? We’re looking for a Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage retail construction projects across the country!
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and manage retail construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet design specifications and client expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure construction sites are in compliance with safety regulations and local codes.
- Provide daily reports and photos to project manager, schedule and communicate daily with subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience managing retail construction projects or in a similar superintendent role
- Strong background in retail construction, including tenant improvements, new builds, and renovations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to travel frequently and be on the road for 6-8 weeks at a time.
- A deep understanding of retail construction requirements, including budgeting, timelines, and site coordination

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
