Location: Anaheim, CA (Hybrid – Work from Home 3 Days a Week)

Salary: $65,000 Base Expense Account Bonus and or Profit Sharing

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused Project Manager / Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Anaheim office. This position offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to advance into a C-level role.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager / Inside Sales Representative, you will manage client relationships, oversee projects, and drive sales growth. You will work closely with multiple vendors and marketing agencies to deliver successful projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the printing and promotional products industry, possess existing client relationships, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Basic accounting knowledge is required for tracking sales and expenses. With hard work and dedication, there is much room to grow into a C-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the printing and promotional products industry.
  • Oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Work with multiple vendors and marketing agencies to ensure smooth project execution and product delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project progress, and client communications.
  • Perform light accounting tasks such as tracking sales, expenses, and preparing simple reports.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the printing and promotional products industry.
  • Existing client relationships and a proven ability to manage and grow accounts.
  • Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working with multiple vendors and marketing agencies.
  • Knowledge of promotional products and the ability to offer relevant solutions to clients.
  • Light accounting skills (experience with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Responsible, reliable, and results-driven with a caring approach to customer service.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales/project management tools.
