Job Overview
Epic Golf Club is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our
growing team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting
leads into sales opportunities. As the first point of contact for potential members, the SDR will
proactively engage with new inquiries, ensuring prompt follow-ups and seamless scheduling of sales
meetings.

passion for building relationships. This role requires diligence in managing lead pipelines, conducting
outreach, and tracking engagement metrics to optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Outreach
- Respond to new inquiries to schedule a meeting with the Membership Director.
- Qualify new leads by verifying their membership status at a private club.
- Conduct outbound calls and text messages to leads.
- Re-engage with older leads to assess their continued interest in Epic Golf Club.
- Sales Pipeline & Follow-Ups
- Maintain and update daily tasks, including follow-ups, rebooks, and outreach assignments.
- Ensure efficient and effective call execution to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Track and update lead statuses, ensuring timely follow-ups on previously booked
- meetings to gauge progress in the sales cycle.
