Associate People Operations Partner job Overview :
In partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, manage the division recruiting with Hiring Managers, including assisting with the creation of staffing plans, job descriptions, etc.
Assists with coordinating the interview and selection process.
In partnership with the Onboarding Specialist, ensures proper onboarding for newly hired employees.
Plans and conducts division specific new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
Conduct 90-day check-in interviews with new hires.
Acts as company HR subject matter expert for processing of HR-related functions.
Ensures data integrity and employee data reporting is accurate.
Ensures that audit trail reports are prepared and maintained.
Runs data verification, queries, and reports as needed.
Assists with employee relations matters, including performance improvement plan development, investigations, and exit interviews.
Escalates any matters to appropriate Shared Services departments.
Works closely with division management to establish and implement Epic Staffing Group Inc.'s culture and employee engagement initiatives.
HR Duties per division needs.
Liaison between leadership and People Operations team.

Associate People Operations Partner Job Qualification :
a. Degree in Human Resources or a business-related field preferred.
