hift Options : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM or 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM (Monday through Friday)
Compensation : $38 per hour -$42 per hour
Job Summary
Epic Government is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP). In this critical role, you will drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows, enhancing production processes, and ensuring the seamless delivery of pharmacy services to Veterans. As a key team member, you will collaborate across departments to uphold CMOP's mission of providing timely and accurate healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate organizational activities to achieve operational goals and improve efficiency.
- Oversee production, pricing, sales, and distribution processes related to healthcare services.
- Analyze and forecast customer demand to align resources and optimize delivery schedules.
- Partner with departmental leaders to implement process improvements and drive continuous success.
