What You’ll Do
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at EPIC Health, you won’t just treat patients—you’ll build lasting relationships and drive better health outcomes.
Own Patient Care
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams.
- Develop personalized care plans based on patient needs and health goals.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
Lead Diagnostic and Treatment Plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, EKGs, and lab work.
- Prescribe medications and therapies with physician oversight when needed.
- Provide routine procedures like injections, wound care, and immunizations with precision and care.
Educate and Empower Patients
- Counsel patients on health regimens, lifestyle changes, and preventative care.
- Provide family planning advice and guidance on growth and development.
- Support patients in managing chronic conditions and improving long-term health.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Work side-by-side with physicians, care coordinators, and specialists to deliver integrated care.
- Supervise medical assistants and technicians to ensure smooth patient flow and care delivery.
- Act as a resource for patients and staff, ensuring clarity and alignment in care plans.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified—they’re driven, adaptable, and ready to lead.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Active Michigan FNP Licensure – Required.
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
- Strong understanding of clinical care delivery in a fast-paced environment.

- Clinical expertise in diagnostics, prescribing, and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
