What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique objectives of each business within our portfolio.
- Drive data-driven initiatives that deliver measurable results across multiple industries and business lines.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including on-site staff, global / offshore contributors, and contracted experts.Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages creativity and accountability.Marketing Expertise Across Industries
Leverage expertise in print, digital, behavioral science, growth hacking, guerrilla marketing, and other strategies to meet diverse business needs.Innovate and adapt marketing approaches to maximize impact in each industry.Global Coordination and Collaboration
Oversee marketing efforts across multiple locations and time zones, maintaining a cohesive global strategy while respecting local market nuances.Partner with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.Brand Development and Compliance
Maintain and enhance brand identity across all businesses, ensuring consistency in messaging and quality.Ensure all marketing efforts comply with industry regulations and standards.Budget and Performance Management
Manage marketing budgets for each business line, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.Monitor key performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for growth and efficiency.What You Bring Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.8 years of progressive marketing experience, including team leadership and multi-industry expertise.Proven success in managing marketing efforts across diverse industries and business lines.Skills and Competencies
