Job Title: Health and Wellness Coach & Exercise Physiologist

In this role, you’ll combine clinical support, exercise physiology, and strategic business insight to enhance the client experience and drive transformative results.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Support
- Perform in-office medical procedures such as EKGs, spirometry, FeNO, DEXA, Styku body composition scans, VO2 max testing, and resting metabolic rate assessments.
- Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment with precision and care.
- Conduct lab work, including drawing blood samples, to support comprehensive health assessments.
- Assist with patient intake, rooming, scheduling, and care coordination to deliver seamless service.
Exercise Physiology Expertise
- Design personalized exercise plans tailored to each patient’s health profile, fitness level, and goals.
- Administer fitness assessments and tests, monitoring progress and adapting plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on the role of physical activity in managing chronic conditions, improving health, and enhancing quality of life.
- Integrate exercise recommendations into broader wellness plans, addressing nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle adjustments.
Client Engagement and Business Operations
- Provide exceptional communication in all patient and team interactions.
- Promote wellness services and support program enrollment to drive patient engagement.
- Use and troubleshoot technology tools, including mobile apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and EHR systems like AllScripts, to enhance workflows and patient experiences.
What You Bring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology is required.
- Strong understanding of clinical and wellness-based approaches to patient care.
- Willingness to learn and perform medical procedures; training will be provided.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on creating patient-centered experiences.
- Intermediate proficiency with computer systems and software platforms.
- Motivated to drive engagement and deliver outstanding care and wellness outcomes.
