Instructional Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Instructional Designer with a passion for designing impactful learning experiences and expertise in Articulate 360. You’ll work with subject matter experts to craft engaging, interactive e-learning courses and training tailored to diverse roles across our organization. What You’ll Do:
Design Impactful Learning Experiences:
- Take the lead in applying the ADDIE model to create training materials that deliver results.
- Develop cutting-edge, interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360—Storyline and Rise are your best friends.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is spot-on, relevant, and in line with our mission.
Project Management Mastery:
- Juggle multiple projects without losing your cool, while always delivering quality.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to ensure every course hits its target and aligns with organizational goals
Collaborate with Purpose:
- Work hand-in-hand with the training team, SMEs, and stakeholders to make sure the training resonates and meets the needs of our people.
- Align training objectives with both learner needs and organizational priorities—because we’re all in on performance.

Experience & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning Technologies, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in Articulate 360 and deep understanding of the ADDIE model.
- Strong project management experience and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM
- Familiarity with Moodle LMS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare and/or higher education.
- Proficiency with additional e-learning and multimedia tools.
