Role: OB/GYN Physician

What You’ll Do
Comprehensive Patient Care
- Conduct routine gynecological exams, including Pap smears, breast exams, and pelvic assessments.
- Deliver exceptional prenatal care, from check-ups and ultrasounds to education on pregnancy and childbirth.
- Manage gynecological conditions, such as menstrual disorders, menopause, and reproductive health concerns.
- Provide family planning services, including contraceptive counseling and procedures like IUD and Nexplanon insertions/removals.
- Diagnose and treat sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and address infertility challenges with compassion.
Advanced Procedures
- Perform office-based diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including:
- Colposcopy, Endometrial Biopsy, and Hysteroscopy.
- LEEP, Dilation and Curettage (D&C), and Cryotherapy.
- Ultrasound Imaging for both gynecological and obstetric purposes.
- Nexplanon and IUD insertions/removals.
- Bartholin’s Cyst Treatment and Pessary Fitting.
- Hysterosalpingography (HSG) for assessing uterine and fallopian health.
Education and Emotional Support
- Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, menopause, and preventative care.
- Provide counseling and emotional support for fertility issues and other complex gynecological conditions.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver integrated care.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and patient-first practices.
Compliance and Continuous Learning
- Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records in compliance with clinic policies.
- Pursue continuing medical education (CME) to stay ahead of advancements in OB/GYN practices.
What You Bring
Qualifications
- Education: Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Certification: Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Licensure: Valid state medical license.
- Experience: Proven expertise in OB/GYN care, including outpatient procedures.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in managing routine and complex gynecological conditions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred
- Experience managing complex gynecological cases.
