What You’ll Do
Staff Support and Training
- Provide comprehensive training to ensure EPIC-level speed, accuracy, and patient care across all on-site staff.
- Serve as a role model by maintaining personal expertise in clinic policies, procedures, and multi-role competencies.
- Assess staff competency levels to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate on performance reviews and corrective action plans when necessary.
Clinic Operations and Patient Flow
- Actively manage the clinic floor, ensuring a fast-paced yet efficient flow of patient care.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment to meet patient needs.
- Keep the facility clean, inviting, and fully functional, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver and oversee exceptional customer service by advocating for patients, listening to concerns, and addressing issues promptly.
- Communicate with patients via face-to-face interactions, telephone, email, and proper charting to ensure their concerns are addressed courteously and effectively.
Performance Accountability
- Hold the team accountable for meeting key performance metrics and adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Lead by example in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
What You Bring
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a high-performing Medical Assistant, Healthcare Administrator, Medical Office Manager, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and motivate teams.
- Technological proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR), Microsoft Office Suite, and other healthcare tools.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, both independently and within a team.
- A proactive mindset and positive leadership attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of leadership or business experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in business or healthcare-related fields is highly desirable.
