What You’ll Do
As a Physician Assistant at EPIC Health, you’ll do more than just practice medicine—you’ll be a key player in improving the lives of our patients every day.
Own Patient Care
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including gathering patient histories and conducting physical exams.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions for patients across all ages.
- Develop and execute personalized care plans that deliver real results.
Collaborate Across Disciplines
- Partner with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate care and deliver seamless patient experiences.
- Work closely with specialists, care coordinators, and therapists to provide integrated treatment plans.
- Prescribe therapies and medications with physician approval, ensuring comprehensive and consistent care.
Lead Diagnostic and Treatment Plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, EKGs, and lab work.
- Perform essential procedures like injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations.
- Oversee care delivery, ensuring that every step of the patient journey is managed with precision and care.
Patient Education and Support
- Counsel patients on health regimens, preventive care, and long-term health strategies.
- Provide emotional and clinical support to help patients take control of their health.
- Deliver clear, compassionate communication to ensure patients understand their care plans.
Team Leadership
- Lead and coordinate the work of technicians and medical assistants to keep clinical operations running smoothly.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment focused on patient-first care.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified—they’re driven, adaptable, and ready to lead.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Michigan PA Licensure – Required.
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
