What You’ll Do
As our Product Marketer, you will play a key role in launching and refining new service lines, ensuring they resonate with the right audience. This role requires a data-driven, strategic thinker who is passionate about testing, learning, and optimizing. You will:
- Test Product-Market Fit – Conduct A/B split testing to assess how new services resonate with different audiences and through various marketing mediums.
- Develop Brand Voice & Positioning – Work closely with the content marketing team to craft a compelling brand voice that speaks directly to our target market.
- Shape & Tell the Brand Story – Create content, imagery, and messaging that bring our new healthcare offerings to life in a way that deeply connects with our audience.
- Gather & Apply Customer Insights – Use direct customer feedback and data analytics to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Optimize Multi-Channel Strategies – Test and refine different marketing channels (social, digital, paid, direct, and more) to find the most effective paths to patient and provider engagement.
- Measure & Improve Performance – Use strong analytical skills to track what’s working, what’s not, and how we can continuously improve.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with content marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth.
Who You Are
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 3 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
- Are skilled in A/B testing, market research, and analytics-driven decision-making.
- Have strong storytelling abilities and can create content that connects with the right audience.
- Understand customer psychology and behavior, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Have experience in healthcare marketing or launching new service lines (preferred but not required).
- Can work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
