Develop and maintain project backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to drive clear and measurable outcomes.
Adapt Agile frameworks to meet the unique demands of healthcare operations and patient care delivery.

Serve as the Scrum Master—facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
Act as the Product Owner—define product vision, manage the product roadmap, and prioritize features based on business and patient needs.
Champion Agile best practices, removing roadblocks and driving continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to define project goals and align deliverables with organizational strategy.
Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and adaptability across teams.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
Generate detailed reports on project status, progress, and roadblocks for leadership and stakeholders.
Anticipate risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
