Responsibilities of an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care policies and procedures.

Qualifications of an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
