As the ADON , you will play a vital role in supporting our Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality care, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment for our staff and residents.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in managing and directing the nursing department.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in staff training, performance evaluations, and recruitment efforts.

    • Qualifications :

  • Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents.
