Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, oversee, and supervise assigned unit activities and staff assignments.
- Respond appropriately and timely to patient needs, monitoring and documenting vital signs, treatments administered, and patient responses.
- Administer medications and treatments as needed, communicating with the interdisciplinary team and medical staff as necessary.
Requirements:
- Current RN License in the State of New York.
- Previous experience with geriatric/short-term rehabilitation/Alzheimer's patients.
- Dedicated to providing high-quality care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
