We are seeking a passionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor to join our team in New Jersey. As a CNA Instructor, you will play a vital role in educating and training the next generation of CNAs who will provide exceptional care to our residents. You will facilitate a positive and supportive learning environment while ensuring compliance with state regulations and facility standards.
Responsibilities :
- Provide instruction in both classroom and clinical settings, covering topics such as patient care, infection control, safety procedures, and communication skills.
- Prepare and maintain instructional materials, including lesson plans, tests, and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- Ensure that all training programs comply with state and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with the facility’s leadership team to ensure students gain practical experience and understanding of long-term care settings.
- Stay current with industry best practices and changes in healthcare regulations.
- Assist students with clinical placements and facilitate their hands-on training at the facility.
