What You’ll Do:
- Personalized upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Direct oversight of housekeeping and laundry
- Budget management and vendor contract handling
- Compliance assurance with health, safety, and building regulations
- Tailored preventative maintenance program development
- Leadership and guidance for maintenance team and contractors
- Proactive inspection and issue resolution
- Efficient management of cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
- Implementation of waste management and recycling
- Prompt response to emergency maintenance issues
- Commitment to a safe and welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in maintenance/environmental services as a director (healthcare preferred).
- Strong leadership skills.
