Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate the housekeeping team, providing guidance and training to maintain a high level of performance.
- Oversee daily cleaning and sanitation tasks, ensuring that all areas of the nursing home are consistently clean and well-maintained.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ordering necessary items to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleanliness standards are met and maintained, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations and protocols.
- Assist in the development and management of the housekeeping budget.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
