- Supervise, mentor, and guide social work interns
- Provide clinical oversight and ensure compliance with regulations

- Maintain documentation and oversee case reviews
- Collaborate with facility leadership to enhance social services
LCSW Supervisor Qualifications:
- Active LCSW license in New Jersey (required)
- Experience supervising interns or social workers preferred
- Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills
- Passion for mentoring future social workers
- Knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory compliance
