Your Role :

  • Provide individual and group counseling to residents.
  • Assess mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Work closely with healthcare teams to enhance emotional well-being.
  • Support residents dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
  • Educate staff on best practices for mental health care.

What We’re Looking For :

  • MHC license in New Jersey
  • Experience or interest in geriatric or behavioral health preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for helping others
