- Offer support to families and caregivers in managing challenges related to aging, health, and caregiving.
- Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide support during emotional or mental health emergencies.
- Educate staff and residents on mental health and wellness topics.
